Autumn's Dance

Sun-kissed autumn
colorful shimmering reflection
 closing season of woodland romance
hand in hand they dance
whirling and twirling
in a tango dance
pure levels of vibrating frequency
enchanted by naked beauty
the blushing of red hue
the shyness of oranges
 bashfulness of gold's glance
green remained neutral
not wanting to be free
dancing in the autumn breeze
with the other leaves.

Nice Phyllis … the picture of dancing leaves reminds me of times when pin oak and maple leaves danced up and down our street - thanks Phyllis - Lindsay

The leaves are almost off all the trees. My most depressing time of year. I miss the colors of summer and fall. love phyl

- A beautiful tango dance, dear Phyllis - The fall here I live is usually brown wet leaves ... and cold wind from the north - We've already had our first storm / hurricane - hugs // Anne-Lise :)
