Autumnal Art
Hand in hand we walked the woods
Where in a glade, a while we stood.
Surrounded there by swirling leaves
Dancing, in an autumn breeze.
Gold and crimson, by the score
They carpeted the woodland floor,
A tapestry, lay all around
Autumnal art graced the ground.
And we, enraptured by it all
Witnessing the start of fall,
Joyous in the season changing,
In mother nature, rearranging.
