~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dancing through the hearts of those who see
Grace being poured out on the mysteries,
Harvest time, gentling like music, soft and free
Sighing with the wonders of nature’s histories
Clinging to the spirit, laughing like a dream
Filled with hope and promise, leafy caresses
Erasing all the darkness with the breathless scream,
Shattering the doubts with courage that blesses
Imaginative chrysanthemums blazing in the dawn
Remembering the summer with all its treasures
Optimistic gestures from God’s exciting crayon
Coloring between the lines of autumn’s pleasures
Bleeding through the moments, quietly waving
Leaves in every hue, scented with musky splendor
Beautiful beyond describing, autumn is behaving
Revealing all the glory in this season’s sweet surrender
Pouring out, almost as furious as the crashing rain
Lasting through the stirrings of blessings so amazing
When all is said and done, autumn dissuades all pain
Remembering to comfort with its lavish praising
