very cool!! I am not sure if I ever had leek. I imagine it's like onions?

OMG Andrea. Leek is what I would plant if I only had to have 1 thing in my garden. Leek is the secret ingredient that elevates ANY soup. When you get it at a good price (or grow it) - chop it up and freeze it and throw a handful in any soup you make.

Mmm just love soup in the cold weather, gives you a nice glow inside. Hopefully we'll get some sort of summer first. Lots of rain here in the UK at the moment. Tom
