Aura of a Woman

I’m a woman, far forsaken In the hour-glass of tiresome life Reveries chase me here and there In the steep, bent cycling path I’m an awful woman of fate Who wants to conquer mysteries Love kindles my passion of life And rescues me from withering off Love stops curdling blood in veins And my heart chants unheard rhymes Blocking clots in veins, often- Hinder smooth flow of life Thoughts drift to strange horizons But none can ever stop my journey I must show up to untold mysteries Lest I will be condemned to slumber Yes, I’m a woman mercurial And volatile like a glistening dew- That beholds a universal truth- The synonym of total acceptance Have to re-wind the tormented life- And re-mold it in fire of resistance I’m a gazer of popping stars, Singing nocturnes for them to sleep I’m a woman, not episodic- And odd as folks believe I’m destined to an inspiring life Over and over fleeting centuries.
