Auntie Said

This actually had happened many, many years ago to my eldest sister. Oh my, what children should not hear, for they instantly repeat what some adults say. Auntie Said My grand-daughter called her grandpa chrome-dome now Sue don't call him names just leave alone Grannie, I just heard what Auntie said now I have to put Auntie to bed Grannie, Auntie's singing grandpa's chrome-dome Grannie, Auntie's singing grandpa's chrome-dome. 03/27/2018 Evie

Reminds me of a joke I read about this lady who went to the butcher to buy some bones "for her dog", because she was too embarrassed to say it was for her family, to which her little son chimed in excitedly to ask her"Mum, are we getting a dog"? Yeah so right, kids have a habit of repeating things. Enjoyed your poem Evie....Maria

Yes, some men still have a full head of gorgeous hair. I know my dad had lots of hair. Guess you could say I have his locks of curls and thickness of hair. By the way you don't look a day over 70.... lookin good for a young man. LOL XOX
