Attitude of Gratitude

Whenever you feel sad
Whenever you feel low
Go outside and look into the sky
See the tiny stars shining bright
Some may seem white
But all is right
Let them remind you of your worth
You are a star.

Whenever you feel lonely
Alone in this world
Go to the forest and hear the birds sing
enjoy the sweet melody
let it feel your soul with joy
let the birds be your friends
you will never walk alone.

whenever you feel angry
filled with rage and hatred
go to the river and watch the waters flow
appreciate the calmness
let it cleanse your spirit and restore your joy
do what the waters do
....keep calm

Whenever you feel anxious
belittled and in doubt of your worth
got to the hills and watch the ants
see how small they are
see how big the hill they build
day and night they work...as slowly as they can go
be inspired by their work
let them motivate you to keep trying
...you are a fighter!

Whenever you feel Happy
satisfied with the life you live
and everything seems to be going your way
don't go anywhere
just take your time to appreciate
be thankful for what you have
be thankful for who your are
develop an attitude of gratitude
...you are Blessed!
