Atmosphere of Hate

In this atmosphere of hate in our society,
	 - We must stand strong -
Not let it change the way we normally behave
We must hold onto respect, through this!
But, there doesn’t have to be tolerance for abuse
So, the choice is ours who we are close to and trust
    -  We are entitled to our opinions  -
Clearly there are strong differences of opinion
But when the wave of hatred comes over you,
     -  Swim strong, hold onto morals  -
And as you fight the currents moving against you,
Remember all that you believe in, never forget!
Then float in the serenity of being who you are!
