At the Judge's Mercy

Here comes judgment day
The day of reckoning
Where fates are decided
And verdicts rendered
Futures lie in the wait
The drumroll of anticipation
Admitting there’s no hope
For submissions that are late

I had to smile at the double meanings in this poem, Line. Also, funny to me for the more people who enter contests, the faster you have to be to actually get in. I have noticed a few times I am just a few minutes late. I have missed two or three this way. Well done my friend.
