At the First Debate

Hilary and Obama, woe-begotten
   'Centrists' like them long forgotten

Sanders' philosophy - Big Tent
   Bernie's, ahem, almost incontinent

Biden's supporting increased Medicare
   He'll smell grandma's and grandpa's gray hair

O'Rourke's no 'Beta;' he's a Francis
Around questions, he does artful dances

Ocasio-Cortez so wanted to run
But paper ballots use too much carbon

Wayne Messam's the Mayor of Miramar
He's qualified for Vice-President of Miyanmar

Newark's ex-Mayor, the strident Kory Booker
His pledge: In the Oval Office, no hookers

And lest we forget, there's Senator Liz Warren
Claims to be 1/64th Indian, the moron

Just can't wait for that first Democrat debate
Twenty candidates -- every last one of them GREAT

Bernie's people called me threatening to sue, but he's waived them off now, as he's too busy cleaning up the mess around the toilet in their office. LOL.

Oh, but I am --- dead ones. LOL. Seriously speaking, a longtime friend of mine recently was appointed to the House of Representatives in Washington. This new fellow was (!) as honest as the day is long. No more! Within a month of assuming the position, he was defending Ilhan Omar's comment about 9/11, i.e., 'someone did something,' from those (such as Trump and others) who deemed it unpatriotic and/or indefensible. I was beyond shocked. It just shows that politics is the art of expediency, and nothing more ever. I feel badly for this fellow's wife and 9 children. I happen to know that they are ashamed to show their faces in the (Jewish) community in Chicago now.. And they should be! Hope she divorces him forthwith. A pox on all politicos. Thanks for the comment, Tom!
