Assisted Suicide My Experience

Killl her?? She cannot find his keys?
Worse, she has cannot remember me!
The fool, forgot where the morning paper is.
Crunch her up , get rid of her?
Lke a pile of dead leaves?

Let's kill these useless people as Hitler did.
Let's not remember all the years,
In which for us~their love and kindness,
had an endless lid.
We selfish so-called grown-ups, who are tied
to the internet and cell phones, so tethered!

Who look down on the mentally deficient
as worthless leather.?
Just do not forget, when we, too, cannot
remember.
We, too, will end up as inconvenient, when
the leaves fall, in our September!

..............................
They wanted to knock my Mother off and
and I refused. She lived six years longer!
Glad I did not folllow the hollow, cold
directions of these men in white coats!

Great, personally moving story of the utter moral bankruptcy of those 'men in white coats.' They are as emotionally sterile as the facilities in which they 'work.' ... And now the UK has joined the list of hollow-hearted countries! Faith and Strength, Gershon

Wonderful poem Pangie! I would certainly want you in my corner if and when needed. You weave in tenderness with hard hitting goings-on effortlessly.

Dearest David, you cannot conceive how I would fight for your life! I realize manknd now wants fun and games only! Caring for Mom gave me to a backbone, discovering newstrength! The best was challenging doctors. Also nurses. I told one nurse: “This is My mother, and if You want to kill yours, have at it!, but she is my Mother.“They would run from the room like scared mice. I was in a 4 years nursing program years ago. Nobody advocated death nack n the Middle Ages in my day! I am not an Angelof Death.! PS, a kindly(nOT) nurse referred to Mom as a vegetable! I decided then, no way would I leave her to those creeps! Was a blessing to be with her. Pangiexx

Hi Pangie, thankfully you stuck to your guns, and your dear mum had another 6 years with you, it's so sad as we grow older that the state se us as unwanted goods.

Hello, friend John.I hold you and David in highest regard! Yes, older people the state views as unwanted goos. I was sad to see GB pass the Assisted Death Bill No God and Assisted Suicide dance hand in hand. So does abortion. Even new life is as dispisable as a tissue. Takes you and David, two out of thousands to reply! Am impressed by the courage of you both. You ARE wanted in life, John! Our souls, or sheer lack thereof shows up in poetry here, especially in vain people. Ugh!i know the good souls here who care more about others also raise people up! You, being one of them! Pangie.
