Ascending To Worthiness: a Love's Journey
In the quiet of the night, I dare to dream,
Of a life with her, under the moon's soft gleam.
Her grace is my compass, in the endless sea of mediocracy,
A guide for my course, to the man I long to be.
As we muse about our future, and the children we'd create,
My heart flutters in anticipation of our shared fate.
The echoes of her laughter, the warmth of her embrace,
Sends me to a realm of dreams, a tranquil space.
Only my best self deserves her tender love,
Only he can be the man that is worthy.
The man she can lean on, trust, and be proud of,
For her, I must ascend to the pinnacle in this journey.
The fear of losing her, is a shadow that I bear,
Forcing me to climb higher, in the cool, thin air.
To be the best amongst men, is my solemn vow,
Ensure she finds no better, as I wipe sweat from my brow.
I yearn to love her fully, to meet all her needs,
To be the one she turns to, when her heart bleeds.
To make her the proudest bride, under the sun's ray,
And show her family, the life she's built, day by day.
In her presence, I feel vindicated, cherished, and bright,
Her love is my beacon, my guiding light.
So, I'll strive to be the man, she deserves by her side,
A testament to her journey, and her unwavering pride.
