As Time Goes by

Time goes by the way it does,
and we can't catch up,
and so we don't.

People put us in the recesses
of their minds, but we are still here.
And they are still there, I suppose.

I often wonder ... but ...
I've been told not to.

Yes, just a philosophical poem to inspire some thinking about the subject ... with an open-mind, of course. I get varying responses from this one.

Thank you, JCB, for visiting my poem site and commenting on this poem. It is one of my philosophical poems, just a thought thrown out ... and lots of responses.

Probably best - not to wonder about time. It doesn't do any good. Just enjoy each moment the best you can. : ) Many blessings to you, Moon Harp. : ) Brandy
