As the Rivers Still Run

R-ivers are still running, O-verflowing with water; D-ay fourteenth October, A-s you rise from slumber. L-et not the rivers run dry, L-et the streams bring joy; I-nclement clime can cause A-ll floods that do destroy. M-illion mirth is felt U-nderneath the bright sun; J-ust thank the Lord God, A-s the rivers still R-un.
