As the Light Faded

as the light faded
there stood I
there laid she
as the light faded
here we were
together fused
by love
fueled by lust
as the light faded
tempo slowed due to
sensual sounds
from the music box
everything to be very simple
bodies detailed totally
desires ached for
soothed internally
exotic explosions dreamt of
came to pass finally
as the light faded
