As Night Falls
As night falls, I think of you,
All the things we used to do,
Those days we spent together,
We were made for each other,
As night falls, I remember,
Dewy dreams of December,
You and me were meant to be,
Truly bound yet fully free,
As night falls, I lie awake,
Thinking of that lovely ache,
It stems from my love for you,
That stays just as ever new.
