As It Seems
Have you once ever dreamed
About if things are as they seem?
If our paths were meant to be
Or if this was merely a lucky thing?
On many occasions this question lies
Inside us one and all
Whether or not that feeling inside
Is a real or phony call
Our heart will tell us at that time
When our soul finds it best
That yes, in fact this one is mine
And they are better than the rest
For yes, it is true, one can be fooled
By heretics and false hearts
But this love remains earnestly strong
And will never be torn apart
It can be told that so far away
Only lives a dream
But rest assured the thought of you in my heart
Is exactly as it seems
