As Crimson Twilight Drizzles
As crimson twilight drizzles atop mountains blue green
laced in mist, a sight never to let go unseen
petals swaying shyly in gentle breeze
letting go of pain, I caress to feel at ease
eyes wide open, imbibe the enchanting scene
melody of birds, strikingly serene
in the path of the sky so tangerine
wishing time stops ticking, gently cease
as crimson twilight drizzles
poetic thoughts begin to intervene,
to dabble them as words, I’m keen
wind rustling golden leaves on trees
wondering this moment gives me peace
surrendering I’m to the creator unseen
as crimson twilight drizzles
