Artist, This Is a Spring Landscape
Spring.
The grass
oh so green
grows on the field.
A carpet on the land
resembles green velour.
A blue sky hovers over.
A yellow sun illuminates.
A few white clouds drift quite demurely.
Artist, now’s the time to spread your canvas.
