Artificial Gravity

Dropped my last chocolate cookie, whilst turning around

Disappeared into a vacuum, never reaching the ground

Not so much as a crumb, was recovered or found

Strangely, my dog did teleport to his kennel, without making a sound

Great writing David LOL ..Apologies but now I'm going to sound like some killjoy advice bombing your great light verse..hope you don't mind me saying that chocolate is poisonous to dogs..I know..I know..I can't help myself. :) Good luck in Milt's contest .Edit.. Maybe the dog died anyway? Hence it being quiet..Cheers - Gary

Thanks for the advice Gary, my dog would walk through walls for a morsel of chocolate, that’s where I got the idea for the teleport in his kennel, oh yeah he chews golf balls right through as well, but we all love the beast, and so does the vet if you know what I mean, cheers David

Humoristic, very nicely written verse David, I enjoyed your writing; I believe you might try giving your dog cookies instead of mini snacks.

Thank you Lasaad, he’s on a strict diet at the moment, but is not at all happy about it, hence the foraging around the house, cheers David

LOL They're always on the prowl for treats, but it's annoying when they take ours. Ah well, we love our doggies. Check your mail

Heya Jenna, thanks for stopping by, my dog really is a vacuum cleaner, big mutton headed retriever, but he’s too adorable to get annoyed at, and boy he knows it, I’ll check out that mail cheers David
