Around In Circles

On shards of glass I would gladly rest, 
To ease my Mind, but I think it best
To sleep upon a wave's cool crest- 
Lying gently on my Lovers' breast 
By impulsive choices I am caught, 
I surrendered, though valiantly fought!
And all this searching hasn't brought 
Me any closer to the Truth I've sought
