Notes About The Poem

With my father being terminally ill as a carer I am allowed to have 4 free aromatherapy massages at the local Hospice - it is total relaxation for an hour - the best 'me' time I have ever experienced in my life

Aromatherapy Massage

Soothing music playing
Essential oils
Gently applied to my skin
So relaxing
Total escape from reality

I try to go for a massage a few times a month. Fortunately My wife works in health care and has a tremendous benifits package.

I feel totally rejuvenated after this treatment Richard - the amazing thing is it is free - as hospice realise the stress the carer's are under and it really is the best hour of 'me' time ever:-) Hugs jan xxx

I can't recommend it highly enough James - I get total escape from the complexities in my life - and feel a million dollars when i have it done and as it is done in Hopsice they know the situation with my dad they are able to let me talk through my emotions too - total therapy all round:-) hugs jan x

I can understand completely. I started having regular facials about a year ago i drift off to sleep every time, and feel ten years younger afterwards. Exactly as your write. Which is very good Love Shane xxx

Our hospice also do gift vouchers for the massages it is about £35 a session but they dont publicise this enough - they people who do the treatments understand the stress involved in a persons life especially if they are in the position of being a carer - seriously I can highly recommend it my friend:-) Hugs jan xx

I get a deep tissue massage -- ooooh so good!! Relaxation is the best way to handle stress -- keep breathing deeply my friend. 7

Total 'me' time Tim it is an amazing experience - total time dedicated to me - I feel a million dollars when i come out. Our hospice is the most wonderful place we are so luck to have one on the Island:-)
