Such a fine Haiku. I am enjoying your writing, especially the short, sharp pieces. Cheers, Brian

Thanks Brian, some of my stuff is pretty dark bleak and stark, not to everyone’s taste, but I’m delighted you checked out my page, cheers David

Yeah political minefield played out in a sports arena Much like 1966 David George Best To name 1 Very sad but true genius comes at a cost

A lot of the resentment came from loosing the Falklands war to England this was payback for a humiliated nation He captured my imagination in Mexico 1986, without him Argentina would never had won, A genius with a few screws loose, most of them have, cheers David
