Apologies

Contrition is as its definition 
Forgiveness, Guilt, Sadness…

Sorrow is as the same
Pardon, Shame, Unhappiness…

But is contrition an apology
Is contrition truly the feeling,
Of what is as the definition?

Does repentance cast away our sins?
Does it rid us of our shame?

Contrition is as its definition
A deadly game of perception 
The most we see
Is not to me
Its the same as my obsession…
