Another Saturday Night

Another Saturday night There'll be no redemption So flat broke I can’t pay attention Nowhere to go Its outright rejection Friends avoiding me Like a lethal injection Best I go to church And pray for protection Maybe pick up some dollars When they pass the collection I might as well die But it’s too much complications The price of saving grace Is soaring with implications Bye bye, you see… There’ll be no revelations No beautiful women To ease my situation Oh my poor me I’m filled with more distractions Another Saturday night And I can't get satisfaction Another Haiku for you.... Give for caring sake Not with a pitiful face Love the human race

I going to check this O'Henry... Wow, he wasn't an easy one...definitely going to read some of his story stories...I would not like to step in his shoes...but I'm curious...

The way women are today...Might not reach the confession box alive...So I'll say 3 Hail Mary's and 2 Our Fathers's as often as i can....Maybe mercy might be sprinkled on me

haha. I thought right away of "another saturday night and I ain't got no money" This was good work. I especially enjoyed picking up dollars from the collection plate!

I did that on purpose...playing with words...but it's true...I don't want to give anyone any ideas...but i'm sure someone must have taken donations from the collection basket before...with these awful situation people get themselves into...
