"another Place"

I wonder if in heaven is the sky always blue...
Will we dream in colors  or will it be all true...
Can we watch down on family and friends still there..
Or will we just know that they miss us and always care..
Will it be dark at night or will it be a day without sundown..
Is everyone happy and free or do a few still have a frown.. 
Are there any peaks and valleys or is everything layed out straight..
Do we know what direction to go or do we wind up a little late..
Is there a table for dinner where we may say grace...
Or are we never hungry and excist at our own desired pace..
These are questions I have as I float through this life..
To know there is another place we go where all will be right..

Izzy Gumbo May 8, 2010 at 8:00 AM ... and so God worked for a whole week to build this beautiful place for us... we don't recognize where we are, I believe, because we haven't treated this Earth, nor do we treat each other, like He intended. We think 'heaven is elsewhere'... one of our greatest misfortunes, in my opinion. Having said that, I still have faith because this IS... god's playground after all. ;) Beautiful writing you do my friend. Thoughtful.
