Anniversary Blessings
An anniversary is a hallmark for a wedded pair whose
Nuptial recognition is worthy of being in headline news
Navigating a marriage through fair and foul weather
Is what a successful couple will experience together
Vows spoken were not broken by husband and wife
Each loyal to the other, friends and partners for life
Remembering precious moments before turning gray
Somewhat sad though, how the years have flown away
Anniversary congratulations for being simply amazing!
Recognition for a good marriage is worthy of praising
Years spent together holding hands while stargazing
Blessed in matrimony, may their good fortune grow
Lord, let their love multiply with every seed they sow
Each year may their bond be stronger than before
Strengthened by true love, may it last forevermore
Sometimes it might've felt like a roller coaster ride
I'm sure they handled troubles, taking them in stride
Nourished by love, they are united when day is done
Greeting each other with a kiss with the rising sun
Sharing smiles and laughter, these two joined as one
