Ann Gilmour-Tribute To a Gem

Who thinks of others, before herself?
Whoi is unafraid to laugh and to love?
Who smiles despite diversity?
Her name is Ann, very dear to me!

Who sees beauty in a way no one else can?
Who is a credit to the family of man?
Wake up! Rise up!
Shout "Cheers" with bubbly in your cup!

Whose heart shows in her poetry?
It's unmistakable, don't you see?
Across the pond, doth she dwell.
Let all the church bells, swing and swell!

Sorry, Line. I do hope Anne likes this. This will be the only time I use a poets name. I do not do that. GP used to do that constantly....barf. I could write poems about you or several others. You are one of my consistent supporters. Thanks for being there. Closing shop for today. Panagiota xx
