Ankh Amon - Ra

Ankh Amon - Ra

Morning to the gateway of the sun
Set between lantern sea skies
The magic of those Egyptian eyes
Their incantation has begun
Turning worlds of one
Washes through my mind
Azure beaches in the cloud

Focus zenith hidden in the line
Where night has drawn her time

By the sanctum of the free
Ancient memories
Settle with antediluvian leaves
Pages in their wings
Roll through centuries
Turning worlds of one
Waves mystic in my mind
Azure beaches in the skies

And the keening Earth resounds
Draws their message to the ground

The flights are on their way
Silken veils where lovers pray
Temple pillars shafting from the shade
Tuning worlds of one
Their incantation has begun
Sonic oscillation in my mind
Azure beaches in the sky

Sustaining the passage in the lines
Where night once drew her time

Their flight is on its way
When quiet lovers pray
Shaping temples through the clouds
Dancing constellations to the ground
Between the sun skies sea
The inner sanctum of the free

Turning worlds of one
This incantation has begun

I've always loved Eygt. I remember at 8 being knee deep in national geographics & all the pictures of the toms. I have not been able to get there yet. Thanks for the visit. Light & Love Debbie Guzzi
