Animal Nightmare

There’s a crow there in my kitchen that is eating all my corn
While a raccoon’s at the backdoor, coming through the screen that’s torn
A badger is in my bathroom and has eaten all my soap
Oops, a snake is hanging from my light that I thought was just a rope
My God, nature’s broken in and taking over all my house
I’m looking at my comfy chair and on it is a mouse
There’s a cat now in my bedroom and he’s rolling on my bed
Darn, I hope this is a dream or someone messing with my head
