Anger
Like a cancer in your mind
Whispering in your year.
Anger boils inside
Poisoning your mind.
Emotions in over drive
What if’s, fill your mind.
speech bubbles, coloured red
your tongue sharpened
Words barbed with angst
waiting to spill from your lips
heavy with sarcasm
hateful and biting words
ready to cut to the bone
just a wave of hurtful bile
words that will leave a bitter taste
and sound like a banshee’s death cries
remember , Decisions made in anger
Can never be undone
damaging your karma
and branding your soul
don’t release the beast
that’s pulling on your chain
as angers an emotion
that best left, well alone.
