Angel's Wish
On my travels I noticed,
Your beauty captivated me,
Moving to distraction,
If only! I thought!
Could two worlds ever meet?
I cried!
Feel like I’m falling mid-air,
Flying without wings,
I’m just the angel,
Feeling incomplete,
Time ticking,
Skipping beats,
Earth standing still,
You’re special!
I’m the stranger,
How could I belong,
From so far away,
And yet so near,
You’re the perfect soul,
The beauty in this place,
I’m the messenger,
Angel’s wings,
Stranger looking in,
Until my heart split,
Tearing me apart
How can this be,
My heart wants to kiss
If only you could see,
How much my heart bleeds,
Wanting the impossible
Wanting to be free,
Love shouting out,
Breaking through,
Saying! I’m here,
Touching earth,
Can earth see?
