Angels and the Rain
Once upon a time, the angels,
Having witnessed the predicaments of Man,
So moved were that their fluffy wings together joined
Overcasting the whole sky, and started crying
For
Humanity’s wounds to cleanse wished and
Alleviate its pain
Since then
Each time a prayer the angels hear, asking them
The aches of humanity to ease, their tears let fall upon
Earth, as RAIN!
