Angelic Failure

I use to believe in you back in my foolish days .
I use to think if i cried out you would surely be there to lift
me up.
Yet when the day came you didn't even pull out the arrows.

In fact you didn't even try.
All you did was enjoy my suffering...

You simply fed on my tears.
And created my broken spirit.
Even when i requested your humanity.

You forgot i was human...

I cried as my flesh broke..
But you joined in and tainted your hands with my sorrow.
Both of your feathers soaked in my depression.

You didn't even blink within the cigarette smoke...
Or lost your halo once.

I'm not your masochist.
Yet you wish to become my sadist.
Obtaining pleasure from my humiliation.

Sometimes i miss my ignorance.
