And Then It Stopped
We awaken to another morning and life's all a bloom
All that was pre, became just a blip in our past
I know for I that leaving life's previous tomb
To enter another would just leave me aghast
Time after time after all that we've been through
Trials and tribulations that traversed our days
Moments, yes moments that we appeared to be true
Wowzer, howitzer, that we soon became strays
Argument after argument that continued for hours
We're like exploding devices that tore us apart
How can we defend such deplorable actions
Not what's expected from the alleged two smart
There can only be one answer, that's to never
And then it all stopped, now we're finally -
.
