And Silence Became Her Friend

And a silence that she had never
noticed,
She now found sat down beside her,
Her new friend,

Together they learned to count the night time
Stars,
To hear music as the wind danced through the trees,

And as the daylight gave way to starlit night,

She watched as moonlight dazzled across the waters,
Blessing the world as it passed,
