An Only Child

"i carry your heart with me( i carry it in my heart) i am never without it (anywhere I go you go..."

       Unsurprisingly, she's the apple
      of her parents' eyes. The depth
        of their love for her as deep
             as the deepest ocean.

      She gets an unfettered amount
      of attention from Mom and Dad;
      smothered with hugs and kisses
           morning, noon and night.

    She gets almost all she wants, and 
   she's treated like the rarest of gems 
       For she's all they have and will...
     ever have. She's a "miracle baby"
