An Equal Scale
I do love you all
on an equal scale,
I'm ready to tell another beautiful tale;
many times before,
I held it inside and hesitated to call...
too afraid to share!
These words area hard to say with thrill,
I wasn't given love and felt cheated by life;
I'm changing all that with a stronger will,
who can bribe fate and not pay the prize?
I'm certain that some of you may ask,
how I do love you all on an equal scale;
did one understand my long silence,
or how I showed affection trough a mask?
Take a better look at me, feel empathy,
I do love you all on equal scale,
gather around me, I'm shouting an apology;
all feelings were lost in a big bale
of paper only written down, never whispered!
I do love you all on an equal scale:
don't ask yourself how I suffered and bled!
I do love you all
in an equal scale,
forget my mindlessness,
I'll make up for my loss;
I do love you all
on a equal scale!
