An Article of Interest To Poets

FYI, Fellow Poets:
In today's (March 26, 2019) edition of the Wall Street Journal, on the front page no less, is an article entitled, "Haikus About Space // Make Science Less Tedious // So Hope Scientists." Perhaps it's not great poetry, but the fact that scientists are employing poetry at all in the cause of engaging lay people--and hopefully young people!--and interesting them in 'things science' ---well, that's pretty amazing, I guess. At any rate, you can 'read all about it' in today's WSJ if you like. (Btw, haikus about science were dubbed 'scicus' in the article).

Thank you for the informative poem, and the new word 'scicus'. It is simply scrumptious that the scientists "get it".

That would only be smart on my part, BUT I have to leave work right this moment, from which computer I did this, and my computer at home is 'in the shop' through Thursday, so I'm very sorry that I cannot provide you the link. My apologies, Jan. Best wishes, Gershon
