Fear of taking risks
  keeps me circling
    on auto pilot
      continuously going nowhere

I wonder,
  if remaining in obscurity
    is a better alternative
      to landing on reality's runway

I'm with John, fantasy seems a tempting alternative to what waits below. Then again, I could head straight into an unplanned nightmare...second thoughts...... Good question wrapped in some good words.

Herein lies the question Lin, was Neo sorry he took the red pill in the Matrix and found a hellish reality? I often wonder if I was in his shoes, if I’d had taken the blue pill, and carry on oblivious in bliss, great question asked here, cheers David

After giving thought to my wondering, I came to the conclusion that it would depend on my mood when the fuel gauge needle registered empty. As simple, fickle, or wishy washy as that sounds, it’s as good an answer as any. Thanks,David.
