When do ambitions could fail?
A shattered wing represents life.
An object of this sort can't climb.
Retain a firm belief in your dream.
Could aspirations ever fade away?
Existence is an abysmal desolation.

I think you are on the right path. Dreams definitely drop away when we forsake them. The successful person is the one who held on just a bit longer.

I find when chasing a dream, on the way fate offers me a better dream to follow. This impowers me to follow even an impossible dream, know that it may just be leading me to the right path for something else. Your poem says that to me, what I have already experienced and is so true. I love it. Thank you.

What a profound and wise reminder dear dr poet sotto, its an absolute pleasure always reading your poems, as they are uplifting and very moving with powerful messages conveyed poetically.
