Am the One You Picked On

Dont you recognise me?
am the one
the one
you called names
the one whose weight
you made fun of
am the one who was not
good enough to be your
friend

am the one whose colour
was a shame to you
am the same person
the only difference is i
dont care what you think
any more
i know who i am
its not what you say i am

a beautiful poem so well expressed, I can relate to this poem as a couple of my sisters did it to me and when they had kids they gott heir kids to call me aunty fat diane but it does not matter what they say as God loves us and we are wonderfuly made, we are precious to him, and I love the part where you put I know who i am, because we arw who God says we are not what anyone else says we are, anyway thanks for your kind comments on my poem dancing with Jesus, God bless you from diane
