ALWAYS IN LOVE WITH YOU
In love with You always is my heart’s aim
to stay, nestling in Your presence sublime
serenely guarded midst assurance claim
marked by Your faithful caring all the time.
In our relationship, trust does prevail
sealed by Your covenant for my faith’s zeal
with kindness, hope and mercy when I fail
while You uphold my soul with pardon-deal.
Secured in Your enduring love so sweet
fulfilled am I by Your partnership’s zest
enriched with Your grace*, You make me complete
thus, sharing Your compassion is my quest.
I love You since You first loved me indeed
My Saviour God, bless this devotion creed.
*1 Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
