Always Among Us

Jesus Christ said:
we will always have the poor among us
The Son of God
cured and fed
all the sick and poor around Him
Compassion came pouring forth,
from the depths of His very soul
Willingly yielding His precious life,
when He got lifted up on a wooden pole
The poor we always have among us,
but alas, concerning the Lord this was not so
Jesus Christ died for our sins,
and got buried down below
Resurrected the third day,
He now sits on the right hand of Power
The gift of eternal life,
Christ graciously showered and showered
down on all mankind
Giving to us poor souls on earth,
the rich, holy gift to become immortally divine

Good Morning Freddie. Please allow me to let your words stand. There is nothing I could add. I feel blessed and privileged that I visited your page this morning. Your entry is beautiful. I know The lord would approve and agree. Well done completely.
