I am gone from you, but now I am home
I am with you still, just not as you have ever known
We are together every morning, as I am the light of the sun
We are together every evening at sunset, when the day is done
In the heavens high above, I am the stars shining bright
A twinkle in the velvet sky, during the quiet of night
The flowers that bloom in the spring, that is me
The sweet smell that attracts the bee's
I am the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow
The soothing calm of a soft winters snow
I am the fluffy clouds that float by on a summer's day
A gentle breeze that makes the trees' sway
The song of a bird, happy and free
All of these things for you, I can and will be
I live forever with you, as we really never part
Always' with you, in the comfort of your heart
