writing this next poem i think i wrote this before but my mind's rolodex suggests something similar but not quite the same but the same though i want to pen a poem in present tense my time has just ended before posting this this will be my past

Brooks uses the similar shtick in the last supper scene "The History of the World Part 1".

Lol exactly Richard. Check out the similar "Who's on First" joke but using the future; past , and present; in Mel Brooks' "Space Balls". Really funny.
