Alone In the Pouring Rain
ALONE IN THE POURING RAIN
I’m standing between
twilight and the night...
out in the pouring rain
I haven’t got a clue,
of what to do…
or where to go from here…
I’m stuck between my courage, and my fear
Chorus
Now, I’m all alone, and
everything just feels so wrong
With no clear answers,
to the questions, I must face
I’m almost done, with this life
where I don’t belong
I just don’t remember who I am,
or my name…
I’m all alone standing out here,
in the pouring rain.
Can you help me to,
find my way…
to take the first train back to me
My mind has fallen a little off track…
at least, it seems that way to me
There’s a man in the mirror,
and I don’t know why...
he’s staring back at me…
I just can't see, what he wants to see
Chorus
Now, I’m all alone, and
everything just feels so wrong
With no clear answers,
to the questions, I must face
I’m almost done, with this life
where I don’t belong...
I just don’t remember who I am
or my name...
I’m all alone standing out here,
in the pouring rain.
Bridge
I just want to go back home,
wherever it is, that it might be…
I don’t think I should be alone
Doesn’t someone recognize me?
Don’t you recognize me?
Repeat chorus Fade
