Oh, I like this one. I'm picking some of your poems at random, to read. This title struck me, as does this poem. It reminds of my 'Awake Hitting Icebergs'. The 'Titanic' also is here, most certainly in your words "solitary berg, drifting like a lost soul". Ah, very, very good line. Double intimation here? A hint of all the lost souls that soon would be drifting? In any case, very good.
