Notes About The Poem

" INSPIRATION " MY PHOTO, ©

May be an image of flower and nature

Alms

Oh, divine Muse,

Here before you, I kneel,

Begging for alms again:

Some verses of yours to let me use,

For my status as a poet, to be able

To retain!

You will never lose your status as a poet with me my friend. And the flowers are lovely. A fine write that many of us have written when suffering writer's block. I find it helps to just relax and it just comes to you. God Bless, JB

My friend Demetrios praises the Muse for singing and urges you to be even more creative. While inspiration strikes, wait; it has happened to me when I've been daydreaming, in the mall, or upon waking up in a park. Blessings and best regards

My dearest friend, Lasaad. I am afraid that the message I wanted to pass didn't go through. What I want to say is this: No matter what we write is not ours, it is given to us, therefore our creation is limited to putting the verses inspired by the Muse, on paper. I know what are you talking about for I was a " Beggar" eeven before you were born! Thank you so very much for your lovely visit and comment! Blessings.

Our muses are givers but only once, if you dont note what she gives you its gone. How frustrating lying in bed when she's given me an answer and I failed to write it down and then it's gone forever. Tom

Very true, my dearest friend, Tom. I recall back in the 80's tha .use to wake me up to write. I did obey but when I stopped getting up the inspiration stopped coming. Here my message is different. I explained it to our dearest friend, Lasaad. Thank you very much for your kind visit a nd comment . BLESSINGS!
