When you're feeling like you don't deserve to be happy, stop, and wait a second. Take a breath and remember, happiness isn't earned; it's a gift you give to yourself. In the quiet moments, find the grace to embrace joy, for you deserve the warmth of your own smile. I should have learnt that a long time ago.

When you're feeling down, just seek out love,
From a friend who cares, like sunlight from above.
Kind words and comfort, a gentle touch,
Love from a friend, it means so much.
All you need is love when you're feeling low,
From a special someone who makes your heart glow.
Their warmth and presence, a soothing embrace,
Love from a lover, a comforting grace.
When life gets tough, remember it's true,
All you need is love, starting with you.
In your own reflection, find that friend,
Love yourself, and let your heart mend.
So, when things are hard, and you're not sure,
All you need is love; let it be your cure.
From friend, from lover, from your own embrace,
Love is the answer, in every case.
